Transport of materials between machines

The automated transport line is designed to improve the flow of materials between machines and contribute to the best efficiency of the production process.

Our role is to optimize the flow of materials and transport between successive operations. The first step is our careful analysis of the current material flow and the performance of your current lines and machines. In the next step, we select an appropriate internal transport system adapted to the needs of technological lines, which optimizes material flow, increases efficiency and improves work ergonomics. We specialize in internal transport dedicated to wood and furniture industry plants.

We offer the possibility of integration with machines and systems already existing in the production plant, as well as selection of transport for newly purchased machines. We guarantee a high degree of integration of our solutions with other production infrastructure. The entire transport line is connected with intelligent automatic control.

What devices are included in the automatic transport line on the production line?

Horizontal transport devices: roller conveyors, panel conveyors, modular conveyors and transport trolleys;
Devices changing the direction of transport: angular conveyors, radial conveyors and turntables;
Vertical transport equipment: lifting tables, lifting platforms and lifting stations;
Industrial robots;
Devices supporting the introduction of the product onto the line: pushing and leveling stations, pallet converters placing the package on the conveyor, pallet and baseplate warehouses;
Additional technological solutions – pile turners, stackers, devices for palletizing, depalletizing and others;

All these elements allow for a quick and efficient flow of the processed material package through successive machining stations.
