In October 2020, we have finished a complex project of internal transport – for a Lithuanian leader in the furniture production market.
Our Lithuanian customer has just finished their new production plant, which cover 4000 m2 and is equipped with 4 efficient fully automated production lines. Thanks to WUWER devices, the internal transport between different machines will be fully automated.
We have delivered what we are best at: an advanced internal transport system based on roller conveyors and transport trolleys. Our task was to provide an optimal material flow between a saw, laminating process line, a robot and packaging line. We have implemented a tracking system on the conveyors. Tracking enables us to check where any package is physically located at any time, as well as basic parameters of any package. The packages differ significantly in terms of dimensions. Our transport trolleys not only transport packages but also measure the package and properly align it on the reference line.
