Our automated conveyor transport systems can be used:
in process transport – moving products, semi-finished products or packages between individual machines or operating stations;
in transport from the warehouse entry to the production hall;
in subsequent stages – by moving elements to the processing lines, to the packing room or to the final warehouse;
We offer a wide range of load capacities for our technological transport systems. We also deliver transport solutions for heavy packages, which makes us unique in the business. Usually, such transport lines are designed for packages weighing 2-2.5 tonnes.
The following devices are parts of our automated conveyor transport system:
conveyors – which build main transmission lines and enable buffer storage of materials; we usually use roller conveyors, however and we also offer panel and chain conveyors; the type of conveyor is selected according to the purpose of its use;
transport trolleys – delivering material to conveyor lines or other selected destinations: to production lines, other halls or storage places; most often trolleys contain a built-in conveyor;
lift tables, lifting platforms and lifting stations – which enable the material flow between successive stages of technological lines located at different levels; e.g. they allow you to adjust the working height to adjacent device included in the transport line;
additional technological solutions – stackers, palletisers, depalletisers and other devices;
automation components – enabling optimization of material flow and efficient transport management;
functional devices – we equip technological lines with robots, code scanners, labellers, wrappers and other devices responsible for specific operations on transmission lines;
WUWER Company builds comprehensive technological transport systems using its solutions, but at the same time acts as an integrator with existing or new devices. Thanks to long-term cooperation with the largest machine manufacturers in the world, we ensure a high degree of integration of our devices with the remaining production infrastructure.
