Robotized station

Our stations can be used at various stages of production. They support, among others:

• loading and unloading of elements;

• transport from the machine and to the machine;

• palletization and depalletization of items.

In this project, the robot, after picking up a paper pallet, which is centered on the conveyor, starts alternately picking two types of packages and stacking them on top of each other – creating a new stacked package. It is a fully automated process.

Our robotic palletizing station:

• eliminates the so-called “bottleneck” in production process;
• shortens the time of a given work cycle;
• increases the efficiency of the process;
• eliminates the possibility of making a mistake.
