Liftomat is intended for connecting several packages transported on pallets into a single load. The material may be delivered on pallets made of wood or plastics. The device picks a package from the conveyor lines using integrated mechanical lifts and arranges it on the next transported load, thus creating a “stack.”The operation is repeated until obtaining an assumed size of connected load (stack), and then the load is returned to the conveyors line, where it is subjected to further production or warehouse processes.
Assuming that the work cycle related to connection of two packages delivered on pallets, the device may perform 100 operations within an hour.
