Transport of materials between halls and factories

To increase efficiency and reduce production costs, we provide material flow not only inside the hall, but also between factories and production halls. We enable convenient and fast transport of cellular boards, MDF and HDF packets. In this kind of transport, packing of transported material is not required, which minimizes loading and unloading time.

The goods are moved by means of a semi-trailer, where the following are built in: a roller conveyor and a pressure system that protects the goods against displacement and destruction during transport.

The packet transport cycle between production halls is kept to a minimum. Loading process  consists of the following elements:

1. Setting the car at the ramp to load material,
2. Connection to the control system,
3. Loading,
4. Lowering the pressure system that protects the material against displacement and damage,
5. Trailer departure,
6. Transport of material to the other factory/hall/warehouse,
