WUWER high storage warehouses enable optimal use of the entire warehouse volume.

The automated high storage systems consist of storey shelves and a stacker crane, with which packages are delivered and picked up from both sides. Construction of the shelves guarantees the stability of the structure and the ease of loading and unloading.

Depending on the height and weight of the storage unit, we are offering a medium or heavy version of the system. What distinguishes us, is our experience in the preparation of high storage warehouses for particularly heavy loads – up to 11 tonnes.

We offer 3 types of automated high storage warehouses:

• warehouse with stacker crane and shuttle trolleys – in which we place packages of half-finished products on capacious shelf racks with the possibility of longitudinal and deep storage. Packages are stored there in large quantities, and delivered or picked up by the shuttle trolley in accordance with the last in – first out (LIFO) principle. It is also possible to apply the first in – first out (FIFO) principle for a racking system connected to several stacker cranes;
• warehouse for heavy packages – in this type of warehouse, the stacker crane, where a two-sided drive-through frame stands for a supporting structure, is equipped with a mechanical system in the form of extendable forks. The forks allow storage of loading units in shelf racks or cantilever racks. We specialize in storing heavy packages – up to 11 tonnes;
• warehouse for large-size materials – which is equipped with stacker cranes with forks and cantilever racks. This solution is dedicated for long packages, up to 5.6 m long (weight: 7 tonnes and more);
