Conveyor with modular belt (TGB)

TGB modular belt conveyors are devices that enable the transport of flexible packages or elements transported on paper and plastic pallets. The modular belt conveyor is also intended for the transport of irregularly shaped products.

The load-bearing element is a modular belt with a durable structure. Such a construction of the conveyor allows to obtain invariable gaps along the entire length of the belt, both on flat sections and in the vicinity of the return pulley. The constant and uniform surface of the transport medium guarantees no damage to the materials during transport and no rolling friction during transport. Automatic, semi-automatic and manual operation is possible for this conveyor.The control is carried out from a stationary panel.

The conveyor can be additionally equipped with the following modules: measuring the width and length of the package as well as smooth starting and braking with smooth speed regulation.
