This conveyor is designed to change the flow of material by 90 degrees. It makes it possible to place packages in an axis of the line of conveyors or on the side reference line. It helps to increase the efficiency of the handling line by saving space thanks to the coordinated movements of the device. The conveyor can be manufactured as a driven or non-driven device.
This type of conveyor is composed of two types of devices: usually a roller conveyor and a transversely installed chain conveyor. The lifting of the chain conveyor can be implemented using a mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic drive. It is possible to install the conveyor on a trolley, turntable or lifting table.
