Disclosure Obligation

Based on Article 13 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that your consent is voluntary. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and your data will be processed until your consent is withdrawn. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, right of objection to data processing and right of data transfer. In each of the above cases, please send a message to the e-mail: info@wuwer.pl from the address to which the consent applies.

Personal Data Controlle

1. The Personal Data Controller is WUWER Ltd. Ruda Śląska, 41-907
   ul. Gen. Hallera 18a, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 641-234-80-69, Business Registry Number (REGON): 240086872, entered in the National Court Register under number: 0000236638 kept by the District Court in Gliwice. Personal data shall be processed in order to provide services pursuant to the concluded agreement
2. The legal grounds for processing are as follows: “Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC”, hereinafter referred to as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
   • the data subject consents to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specified purposes;
   • processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement to which the data subject is a party or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the agreement;
   • processing is necessary for legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where those interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring the protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
3. Data may be made available to other entities authorised based on the provisions of law.
4. The recipients of the data may be partners, debt collection companies, banks, postal operators, carriers, companies printing correspondence or handling correspondence received from customers, companies archiving documents.
5. Personal data shall be stored for the following period: personal data processed for the purpose of concluding or performing the agreement and fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligation shall be stored for the term of the agreement, and after its expiry for the period necessary to:
   • provide after-sales customer service (e.g. complaint handling);
   • secure or assert any claims;
   • fulfil the Controller’s legal obligation (e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations);
   • personal data processed for the marketing of own products or services on the basis of a legitimate legal interest shall be processed until the data subject submits an objection;
   • personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent shall be stored until the consent is revoked.
6. WUWER Ltd. shall not transfer personal data to a third country or an international organisation.
7. Every individual has the right to request from the Controller access to personal data concerning the data subject, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data transfer and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the legality of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal).
8. If it is considered that WUWER Sp. z o.o., as the data controller, processes them in a manner that violates the provisions of the general data protection regulation of 27 April 2016, every individual has the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data/President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
9. Providing personal data within the scope of statutory requirements is obligatory and in other scope is voluntary.
10. The data shall not be processed in an automated and profiled way.

    Liability

    WUWER Ltd. shall not be liable for the consequences arising from the use of its website and for the use of the content of the website. It also reserves the right to make an error, and to make changes to the website.

     Cookie Policy

    1. 1. The Website does not collect any information automatically, except for information contained in cookies.
       2. HTTP cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
       3. The entity that places cookies on the Website User’s end device and obtains access to them is WUWER Sp. z o.o. Ruda Śląska,

       4. Cookies are used to:
          • adjust the content of the Website’s pages to the User’s preferences and optimise the use of web pages; in particular, these files allow to recognise the Website User’s device and to properly display the web page, tailored to his/her individual needs;

          • maintain the Website User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on every subpage of the Website.
       5. The Website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files which are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
       6. The Website uses the following types of cookies:
          • “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the Website;
          • cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication on the Website;
          • “performance” cookies, enabling collection of information on the use of Website’s pages;
          • “functional” cookies that enable “remembering” the settings selected by the User and personalisation of the User’s interface, e.g. in terms of the language or region of the User’s origin, size of the font, appearance of the website, etc.;
          • “advertising” cookies, enabling Users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.
       7. In many cases, software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored in the User’s end device by default. Website Users can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser’s settings or inform them of each entry in the device of the Website User.        8. The Website Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
       9. Cookies placed on the Website User’s end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website operator.

       Changing the Privacy Policy

       The Controller reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, if required by law or changes introduced to the website. The Controller shall notify users about the changes made and the date of their entry into force, in particular by posting a message on the website.

       Final Provisions

       1. By using the www.wuwer.pl website the User accepts this Privacy Policy. All information contained on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code but is an invitation to conclude an agreement.
       2. WUWER Ltd. ensures the exercise of rights resulting from the provisions on the protection of personal data, in particular the right to request completion and correction of data and the right to object in cases specified by law.
