Our mission is to provide solutions that optimize material flow in the production process. It sometimes happens that such optimization results in unusual solutions. Recently, we faced the problem of transporting a package with a baseboard onto a pallet of the same width as the baseboard. The answer to this was our automated station for pushing packages onto a pallet with a pallet warehouse. Thanks to our station, we automated the process of placing the package with the baseboard on a pallet and enabled its further transport in the production process.
The station consists of a lifting platform (lowered to zero level), a pallet stacker, a set of conveyors and a pushing device. The entire automated package pushing station is fenced with mutting barriers on both sides.
