SBA InnoLine – one of the most modern furniture factories – was officially opened in Klaipeda, Lithuania. It is the most robotized and automated furniture production complex in the Baltic region. Around 500 people are employed in InnoLine factory. Our roller conveyors installed in this furniture factory cover a length of 4.6 km. On average, Inno Line will produce more than three pieces of fully assembled furniture per minute (approximately 4,500 pieces per day). Inno Line will export its production to 50 different foreign markets, including the UK, Poland, Sweden, Germany, the US and other countries.
Our fully automated transport system, which has been installed there, includes 4,600 m of powered conveyors and 26 transport trolleys. The system creates transport lines between machines, as well as a buffer warehouse. Tracking is implemented in the system, enabling tracking and identification of logistic parameters of each package. Our solution crucially contribute to achieving optimal efficiency of the production process.
